YOU are a vibrant and notable person with big dreams, but on more than one occasion life has tried to make you forget that you can accomplish anything you desire. Maybe you've had your heart broken recently. Maybe you've been told you're not good enough. Maybe you spend too many hours stressing about your day job to remember what your dream job is. Doubt, loss, and uncertainty happen to everyone... but they don't have to define our lives.
This experience, The Dream as I call it, is my attempt to help reconnect people with their dreams. To ignore all naysayers, even if just for a brief moment, and remember that passion never dies. It's a chance to count our blessings, remember what is truly important to us, and reconnect who we want to be.
You see, my whole life I've had people telling me my dream of being a musician was crazy. Too young, too old, too generic. For a really, really long time I let the negative words of negative people impact my self worth. At one point I had sold my guitars, abandoned my drums, and vowed to never sing again. I accepted failure... until I didn't. Until I decided I was going to be who I wanted and chase what I loved.
